1. Get in touch and let us know what you want to achieve
We will contact you to discuss your project by telephone and arrange a free on-site survey if required. We don’t work from a standard template, but develop every project according to your needs. We will also advise you on any design or execution related issues, and if needed, recommend suitable architects and structural engineers.
2. We will send you a free no-obligation quote
We will prepare an estimate. We are committed to transparent pricing, so unless you add new things or change them during the project, what you are quoted is what you will pay. We promise no surprises on the final bill.
3. We will deal with the paperwork
We will take care of the planning permission if required (many home improvement projects don’t need any) and, of course, ensure that all the planned work complies with relevant Building Regulations and passes all required inspections. If your project requires a Party Wall Agreement, we will also assist you with that. You don’t need to worry about the paperwork.
4. We carry out the building work
At a schedule arranged around you, we will carry out the construction of your extension, conversion, refurbishment or any other work you commission us to do. We pay attention to the smallest details and believe that cheap materials and other shortcuts offer false economy. We will approach your project as we would approach our own: with focus on quality materials and excellent workmanship, but not forgetting the schedule. We are very proud that the great majority of our projects are completed on or ahead of schedule.
5. The payment
We will require a 10% to 20% deposit depending on the project before we start work. Your project would normally be divided into stages and the remaining balance would be due in installments after each stage is completed.
